  • USPS needs to fire everyone from the bottom up. Letter carrier for Encore at Eastmark is a POS LAZY DIRTBAG, INCOMPETENT employee. The manager at this facility is just an OXYGEN THEIF with no purpose in life, PISS POOR at best. Apparently everyone in this facility does not possess one iota of IQ whatsoever. Change of Address has been intact for over a year and they don't seem to follow their own guidelines. Mismanagement of all mail and packages runs rampant. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
