  • The Goettl team was helpful and courteous throughout the repair process. It took the technician a couple of visits to diagnose the issue. The first time they came on a Sunday without any extra charge. In the end the repair was made professional and correctly. There was some question regarding the parts and labor being under warranty. They stepped up and covered it just as we had expected. This is not the first time they've done the right thing for us. When they installed the system 4 years ago we worked through issues that are typical in construction and it was resolved in our favor. Only a well-run and trusted company would do that. Thank you so much.
