  • Dinner and drinks at Alchemy. Drinks and appetizers were fine. Special blackened Mahi Mahi arrived . . Cold. Sent it back, and it reappeared, slightly less cold. Chef missed the mark, through lack of skill or inattention. A real disappointment. Beautiful setting spoiled by failure in the kitchen. Too bad.
