  • Had made a appointment prior to the day to get my tires rotated and balanced had to wait half an hour past the appointment time then it took over an hour just to rotate and balance for tires after they were finished all four tires and rims were a disgusting mess looked like a five-year-old had ran their fingers all over the room is on the tires they couldn't even wipe them down to show a little bit of courtesy and Customer Service I have another vehicle that I have done at another tire service place and you make an appointment and they get you in at the time of the appointment and It takes them a half hour to do the work and they clean your tires in the process best customer service at the other place which I may add is farm and fleet , Well it's been several days since I posted my review and I did get a contact from someone within the Tire Barn community asking me about my concerns by email and they asked me to call them to discuss the issue and I called and left a message on the phone number given and it has been several days and I have gotten no response whatsoever so I can only assume that Tire Barn is only concerned with getting you to buy their tires and they don't back up jack shit, I will definitely look elsewhere for my next tire purchase it will not be tire barn and I urge other people in the community the same good luck
