  • WARNING: NEW OWNERSHIP!!!!!!! THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY HAS BEEN BOUGHT OUT BY PINNACLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. A LOW RATING, UNTRUSTWORTHY PROPERTY COMPANY. Upon further investigation, I read online that this property management has had multiple property communities shut down due to reoccurring disputes and issues. They currently have some of the worst customer ratings I've ever seen; and now I understand why. The new front office is nothing short of unprofessional and inadequate and their jobs. They clearly don't know how to interact with their current tenants; and are condescending and patronizing whenever you try to speak with them about an important matter. They're unqualified to be operating the apartment complex. I lived here for 2 years and never had any issues with the previous ownership. (Alliance property) Their employee staff was always responsive, polite, and efficient when it came to apartment issues. So if you're looking for a wonderful, beautiful apartment community to move into with a helpful staff...STAY AWAY FROM THE WILLOWS.
