  • This detail took place over a year ago. When the guy showed up he was late, never called to let me know and was unapologetic. My vehicle is new and is kept in great condition so it didn't need a lot of work, just surface wiping and vacuuming. He was very unfriendly and actually gave me the creeps! I was not happy with the results, left stickiness in the middle console and dust on the dash, 2 very obvious places! I had a second appointment scheduled for my husband but called and cancelled after that experience. I would not recommend Jensen's Elite Detailing.
