WARNING DON"T TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THE TINY TOTS SECTION!!!!! I am still having nightmares about this. I dropped off my 10 months old for 1.5 hours so we could have a nice date night dinner. She had just napped and was given a bottle before we arrived so I clearly marked on the sheet that she would just need to be provided the food and snacks from her bag. This was from 5:15 - 6:45pm (her bedtime is not until 7:30-8pm). They said they fed her at 5:30 and then she was happy for a bit. My 4 year old daughter was also there and said she saw through the window that they put her in a bouncy chair/excersaucer and she was crying. She is 10 MONTHS old and would just crawl around and play if you let her, but is too hold to be kept in this type of toy. She is normally really easy going and never cries very hard. When I picked her up she was crying harder than I have ever heard her cry before and the side of her face was all red. I walked out with her in my arms and myself crying too because I felt so bad and guilty. They told me she was tired so they were trying to put her to bed. I have no idea what that meant since she should not have been tired and probably just wanted to play. I can only assume they left her crying in a crib. They don't let you back to the room or talk to the person taking your little one. For the next two days she was literally petrified every time she woke up from a nap and starting screaming which she has never done before. I don't know exactly what went on, but NEVER use the tiny tots room. Since my older one could tell me what went on and I clearly explained to her how and when to get food it was OK for her and early enough that it wasn't too crowded yet. I am crying again as I write this because I am so upset for my daughter and what I put her through.
