  • Went through the drive thru and was told to wait in the parking lot for my ghost pepper wings. Waited 12 minutes before I went inside and asked about it. The lady said, "Oh yeah, here..." are you kidding me?! Now all my other food is cold because of their laziness and lack of bringing them out as promised. I was also not given any silverware to eat my sides, ranch (even though it's detailed on the receipt!) or napkins. The worker didn't seem to care at all or offer any compensation for the poor experience. I tried to call and speak to manager and no one picked up the phone. Horrible experience!
