As someone that comes to this theatre twice a week, I was very disenchanted with my most recent visit. My boyfriend and I purchased two matinee tickets 30 minutes prior to the start of the movie and perused the mall for about 15 minutes. Upon our return, 15 minutes till the movie started, literally half of the seats on the upper deck were full of people, while the other half were of jackets, booster seats, and shopping bags. The only available seats were those in the very front that give that uncomfortable neck cramp from looking up for hours. Subsequent to this observation, I went to management and notified them of my disappointment of the amount of seats being saved. She pretended to radio someone to have them right the situation and walked us to the theatre. However, it was clearly a phantom offer because no one showed up to aid the situation. She then took us back to the ticket office and recommended that we wait for another hour to see the movie. However, the next showing wasn't forgiving of our schedule. We had already come early for this showing and were open to see an evening movie. This "manager" instead tried to up-sale us instead of righting the situation. She simply could have given us later tickets. All in all, poor management and security.
