This is a pretty basic cab company, but I experienced some great customer service just now and wanted to share it.
I took the cab to the airport and realized within in minutes of my cab driving away that I had left my phone in it -- not great! So I sprinted to the payphone to call the company so I could contact the driver and get the phone back. However, none of the numbers that I tried, including the one on the receipt were active!! Total nightmare. I went on the web and searched and called all kinds of numbers...nothing worked.
I was able to use the Find My iPhone feature to lock the phone and used the sounds and messaging feature to talk to the driver, who returned the phone to me. Yes, I had to pay the phone's fare, but it was worth it.
But seriously--what's the cab company's phone number?
