  • I sent them a message through Yelp requesting an estimate for a termite inspection on a home that my husband and I are planning to purchase. I received a response within an hr and they were able to see the property the very next day. We had another appointment scheduled and they were kind enough to work around OUR schedule. Farrah the owner was extremely professional and very nice, she obliged my husband when he asked to follow her around and see exactly what she was looking for. Farrah was very knowledgeable and an overall pleasant person. Lucky for us, all was good. If we have any pest issues in the future we will be sure to use Progressive Pest Control. Thank you for the great customer service, it seems hard to come by in this town, nice to see businesses that cater to their clients!
