Really bad experience and customer service. I setup up and made an appointment over the phone to pick up an auto loan check and to just sign a few papers. Something that they told us over the phone was suppose to take 20-30 min cause they were going to have everything ready for us when we got their took 2 hours!! So when I get there, they had no idea that I was coming. They had nothing ready for me. I was even about to leave cause I thought that I had came to the wrong bank until in the last minute they said that it was there. The lady helping us was Euginia C. Lewis (Gena) she locks herself out of her own computer and tells us that they're going to have to reschedule our appointment. By that time it's been like 30 min already. Then she figures out how to get our documents printed...(the ones that were already suppose to be ready for us before we got there) another 30 min go by and finally they have the check ready. She brings the check them said that they forgot to stamp it. Another 30 min go by just for a damn stamp. NOT ONE SORRY WE GET FROM HER!! Overall really bad customer service and experience. If I can give them 0 stars I would.
