  • DINNER REVIEW As most of these reviews are for brunch I felt compelled to share our experience for dinner here. Hexx could possibly be the best on Las Vegas Blvd restaurants. The views/service/food was simply fantastic. We got a great table on the patio where we were met by Kevin. A funny but great server! He was great with suggestions and really made our experience great. We started off with the crab cakes and spinach artichoke dip. The crab cakes were delicious. Very clean and fresh tasting and I love how the sauce that came with it was very light and did not drown out the crab cake. The spinach artichoke was great too, one of the best I had. For dinner, I had the short rib and my lady had the seabass. The short rib came with a delicious mash and Brussel sprouts on the plate. It was fantastic. One of the best things I've ever eaten. The short rib was so soft it was easy to simply flake with a fork. My lady's Seabass was phenomenal. It was so unbelievably fresh and clean. The dish itself was so refreshing and delicious. It wasn't fishy at all and was super mild. Seared to perfection and perfectly cooked. One of my favorite things parts about Hexx is the chocolate bar. After we had our meal, Kevin walked us over to the chocolate bar where we got to see chocolatiers make chocolate from scratch and got the chance to taste all the chocolates they offer. Overall, with the great food, service, and views, this restaurant is the best bang for your buck on the strip. I love the experience of the chocolate factory next door. Finally a restaurant on the strip that offers more than just great food, but a great experience as well. Well done Hexx! We'll be back and so should you!
