  • Typical expensive franchise, who are looking to milk anyone who comes in and are not knowledgeable. Buyer beware. Every four months they manage to find something and it always cost between $200-$800. They quoted us $490 for spark plug and wire replacement, but when we asked him to write it down he called it a tune-up with wire set. My mom had her batteries changed here, had to take it back twice. I had a flat patch that didn't last more than a day. Worse than it started off. There diagnostic is $95, in case you are wondering, not sure if it is posted anywhere in the store. They don't print out what the results of your inspection is either. So if you decide to shop around, consider it a waste of $95.
