I worked at due forni for two weeks as a food runner and that's when my addiction began. Being a food runner was not for me but glad I did it just to have eaten so much of this amazing food.
Can't come here without getting the straciatella from the mozzarella bar. I either pair it with the prosciutto that is such great quality, oven roasted tomatoes or olives. The cheese is so fresh and delicious. I know they get ingredients shipped from Italy and you can tell.
The tartufo is another must have. I don't live in Las Vegas anymore and any time I come home I have to have this pizza before I leave. Egg, truffles and mushroom with an amazing crust-nothing beats it.
Slightly pricy but great ingredients and always delicious.
