  • If there was a way to give less than one star, I absolutely would. Original quote doubled when they arrived, holding me hostage for way more money. Couldn't get someone on the phone for days during delivery, which took nearly a month. They broke multiple items and refused to pay for it. If you have to move by literally driving 100 truckloads on your own instead of using Elite, I'd recommend it.
