  • I had a driver that was texting and driving and then made a phone call durning which she was complaining about having to pick us up. When we confronted her about her unprofessional manner she started yelling she was an adult and from Chicago and then sprayed febreeze in my friends face when we said we were adults too. After that my friend had a few choice words for her and she proceeded to grab my friend. We took pictures and should have called the police but we were too shaken up at the time. When we contacted uber they took the drivers side. I will never be using the service again.
