  • I have to take away the stars from my previous review. The past few times I visit the customer service has been HORRIBLE! There was a gentleman working the front counter where he's was more engaged with getting the tea from an off duty employee than helping those of us in line. Now I can admit I do not visit Starbucks often but when I do, I would like to be treated like a regular! I have come to terms with the fact there are several Starbucks in the area that if and when I am in the mood for a good tea, I'll be sure to avoid this location.
