| - Did a LOT of research online before choosing Don Anthony, and I am so happy we did! They use a very streamlined process, from a seller's point of view. It was AFFORDABLE (aka FAIR pricing for a realtor service) and very simple to use and get through the selling process!
I will say that if you want your realtor to be calling you daily, stopping by your house, and constantly at your beck and call, then you should pay for a full-service realtor. We saved almost $11,000 using Don Anthony and we needed that money towards down payment of a new home, NOT extra cash handed over for a little hand-holding!
DA uses email communication, a phone-app, and a website with tons of FAQ's to help you through the selling process. If I had questions, I emailed them. They answered by the next day, most times before that! During contract negotiations, they offered input - it might have been nice to have a LITTLE more help during that process, but I used the agent who signed us up (she had given her card AND I agreed to use her - Tracie Zenahl (awesome agent) as a buyer-agent). She (with DA Realty) was very helpful and offered that extra bit of consultation/advice when I needed it.
Don's office gals, Rose & Angela are SO fast with getting back via email (they WILL call you during contract negotiation if you want to speak to them!). I often had email replies into the late evening hours...they are REALLY trying to help get you the help you need!
This was our 2nd selling experience, and we used a 'discount realtor' before and were very pleased. I advise you offer the 3% to buying agents, we had NO shortage of showings and were able to sell within a few months with no issues. We'll be calling DA again someday when it's time to sell again!
