  • I normally have four things on my to do list when I go to Vegas. Eat, drink, gamble, and of course, pool time! We stayed at The Mirage from Thursday, May 11th to Saturday, May 12th, so we went to the pool twice during our stay. The first time, our group of five stopped by on Thursday, May 11th around 5pm. It was actually pretty chill at that time, so it was easy to find five lounge chairs together. We chilled and soaked up the remaining sun for the two hours we were here. While here, a friend bought a couple buckets of beer and a bucket of Fiji water. It was a mix and match bucket with Coors Light, Blue Moon, etc. The next day, on Friday, May 12th, we got to the pool around 12:30pm. We didn't think we'd find any chairs together as there were six of us and we showed up during prime pool time. But luckily, we walked all the way to the back of the pool and found six chairs together. We stayed longer this time and again bought a few buckets of beer. I didn't pay for them, but I think it was about $70 something for two buckets since our order included some craft beers. I'd been at a hotel prior with a small pool, so this was much better. A larger pool area with one large pool and a waterfall. It felt more like Vegas pool time. Just remember to bring your room key as they check at the entrance. Towels are to the left after you walk in. I always grab three as I like putting two on my chair and using one for drying off as I get in and out of the pool. Glad we moved to The Mirage during this Vegas trip. I definitely enjoyed the pool time here more than our last hotel.
