  • Used this company through allstate motor club, they finally showed up over 3 hours after first eta and 4 calls back to allstate. The excuse was "traffic ". There is no where in Charlotte that is 3 hours of traffic away. Then driver complained about where I wanted my car towed and complained about the traffic there and what he would have to drive back in. After dropping my car had the nerve to ask for a tip. I would never use this company again and might even cancel allstate of they continue to use this company. Worst experience ever. Have 1 star because 0 isn't an option
