  • I wish I could give this place literally 0 starts. I went in to get my nails done because I had an event coming up and since one of the girls there did a good job on my pedicure I decided to try the nail tech there too. I went in at 6pm thinking it's good time they close at 7 it'll be fine. He didn't take me until 630. I started to ask him how much it would be because I am new to this acrylic gel nail thing and he was very rude just saying random numbers not really explaining what they were for he said 38 for one thing 50 for another and 45 for something else I just wanted my nails done. So I thought hey I get it it's late maybe he's had a long day ok. Well as he is doing my nails I notice a couple of them aren't even he starts to tell me that there's no way he's been doing this for 13 yrs I was wrong. I went on to think ok maybe it'll get better once the acrylic is on there. It absolutely was not! He was rushing through it!. So I decided you know he's in a rush he's not having it I wasn't going to pay for it so I asked him to please remove the nails he placed. He did but he was very upset as he was removing my nails he was going on and on about how he's never had a complaint and I was thinking maybe you weren't in a rush, but when I had gone in a couple weeks earlier he was getting into it with some one else, anyway I had to go to another place where they did accept me, they too closed at 7 but they still accepted me very graciously! Needless to say I will not be going back to this place and I will be letting EVERYONE KNOW about my experience. I got my nails done cheaper and with the highest quality at LUXE nails they were absolutely wonderful! Ps I was not the only one that went from VS to LUXE because of how horribly they were doing that day.
