  • Derek, Court, Leonard, Gregg, Lauren, they are good people, good coaches. I've been going for about two months, and love the place. It's a clean, organized, and well stocked facility. The owner Derek, has cultivated a very good environment that is inviting to all, no matter what level of health you are at. If you are consistent, without a doubt, you will have great results. I have no complaints. Except for...you know...I'm sore every day from the good workouts. That and, he played Nickleback once on the speakers the other day. Who plays Nickleback? I think it was some weird form of motivation, you know, get your workout done faster, so you can leave and get away from the music. I'm not sure...but I mean...Nickleback. Eww.
