  • Contacted Dolphin Pools for a new pool build quote on June 7, 2018. We saw their sign on a home 5 houses down from us, so we decided to give them a call. Received an email from Aubrie of Dolphin Pools. She told us that they do not service the area that we live in. I asked, how can that be when you are building a pool 5 houses down from us. Her response was "oh" then the reason was that none of their contractors would come to the east valley because they are so busy. I explained to her that we are not looking to have the pool built the following day, we are only looking for a quote. So obviously from the poor customer service she was showing they didn't want our business and tried making excuses. Aubrie finally stated that she would have one of their design consultants contact us to schedule an appointment for a pool quote. Not surprising as of June 28, 2018 NOBODY from Dolphin pools has contacted us. They do not want any knew business, would not recommend them at all based on the poor customer service we received from just trying to get a quote. Beware!!!!
