Worst experience ever. Filed a claim with them several month ago against TelexFree, dealt directly with Priscilla Shaikh. Since then no updates, no proof of claim nothing. Have been calling her for two month, left messages, no one calls back. Today called the main line and got transferred to her one more time. First try - voicemail, second try, after a long complaint to the secretary Priscilla picks up the phone and says that no one ever called, which kind of meant that Im lying... After my question "Are you trying to say that Im lying? Am I 12?" - she said "Ok, bye" and hung up the phone. Even McDonald's has a better customer service...
