  • I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have always had great service at Simonmed. Had an MRI yesterday (Sunday), and my appt was at 2:30, and I was 40 minutes early. Check-in was a breeze, and the tech took me back, performed the MRI and I was out the door at 2:42. I was at the Mesa (Greenfield) location, but the experience was almost the same at another location in Gilbert. My husband has also used the Gilbert location a few times and always had great service. Richard, at the Greenfield office, was awesome!
