  • Having had some bad experiences with Mr. Lube in the past and their constant bullying attempts at up selling and cross selling on things I don't need, I had my doubts coming in. But I simply could not pass up the opportunity of a drive in location a block away from my house. I was greeted and offered a coffee in the usual way. When you drive in, they now have a nice monitor that points at your window so you can see what is being entered. There were some very gentle attempts at up selling, but not the pushing that have become the norm at other Mr. Lube locations (newmarket, newmarket, newmarket). It was an improvement. I was pleasantly surprised. So... the big question... they did nothing super special. It was the service and price that I expected. They did their job properly. Standard customer service. I will be back for the standard oil change service simply because it is close to my house, convenient, and there is nothing wrong with the location or staff.
