  • They locked us out of our condo because they decided to turn on the electric gate at the entry way. They claim that they mailed out notices to everyone. But I met at least 15 other people with the same problem. This company will take your money and not help at all. Forget about ever getting a call back. This is by far the worst HOA I have ever heard of. Their employees refuse to give phone numbers to the company, managers will never talk to you, and in our complex the employees even deny that they work for the company. Instead they gave us the phone number of a company that has not managed our complex for over 2 years. They are down right frauds. Avoid at all costs. No matter how good the property looks, or how great the price is, just turn around and walk away. It's not worth the hassle. Quite frankly I am surprised they haven't been sued out of business.
