  • I was here today, in the Paradise valley one. And I wasn't happy with the manicure or pedicure. The pedicure was done within 15 mins. There was no massaging of the feet whatsoever. Nothing extra was done that I can't do myself at home really! And I am not even trained in these stuff. The guy had really long nails and hurt me around 4-5 times with them. Again the manicure wasn't clean. I did French manicure. The products being used seem not of good quality. Even after drying for 30 mins the color of my toes came off when I tried wearing my pumps. I have done French nails myself at home and the results are similar to what I got today. Didn't feel like any professional was doing it. I paid $40 but I feel like I got only $20 worth of service. I have to re paint my toe nails at home and the French nails I am not sure they look dirty at the corners.. That makes me feel weird.. I may take them off too!! :( :(
