  • Horrible! My bf had to go into work on Valentines day so he was planning to surprise me with a package from this company. I never received anything and he even had a confirmation code and $154 was taken out of his credit card for roses, teddy bear and box of chocolates. It's our first Valentines since being together and we are both disappointed with this company. He called to ask about the package and they said they never received anything. Very unprofessional by not making it up to the customer when he had money taken out of his credit card and a confirmation number. It was an issue on their end. Will warn people not to order from here in the future. Zero stars btw.
