  • I usually ALWAYS go to this Party City. I have spent literally Thousands of dollars here, however after my 3rd and final bad experience here today with the rude lady at the counter I will not be coming back. Every time I order balloons it's seems like they're doing me a favor, this morning I purchased 2 balloons and asked for them to filled up while I wait. The lady at the counter was rude to the girl before me in line who also had a balloon order, and then was very rude to me about my balloon order when it came to be my turn. Also, apparently if I had purchased only 1 single balloon they would have blown them up while I waited but since I had (2) I had to wait until all of their other orders were done before she could blow up my 2 balloons. There were no other people in line behind me yet I was told to stand aside and wait for other balloon orders to be filled first. Which is quite funny to me because I have placed multiple Day ahead balloon orders at this very location and I've come in and my order was not ready on time.
