So we were asked to delete our negative review about 10 day ago, and they promised to resolve the issue. Well here we are still in square 1 everybody blaming everybody and no refund for a service we didn't receive. They keep saying they are investigating the issue, but what is there to investigate? We have all the receipts and proof they didn't fix anything on our vehicle, and we had to go to a dealership to get it fixed. All we asked for was our money back and they could keep their $25 service call fee, and yet no one seems to know who has the money. Pretty f*cked up if you ask me.
