  • Not only insanely over priced ($18 for a cotton dress when surrounding cleaners charge less than $10), they charged me two different prices for the exact same dress. I dropped off several items, two of which were the same dress just different colors, and was charged more for one. When I called to inquire why, I was told that I was charged less for one. When I asked "how do I know you didn't charge me MORE for the other one," I received no answer. They're shady, and don't have straight answers. I suggest that if you decide to use their services, you get a solid price PRIOR to leaving your items. Because if you don't, they'll charge you random prices - all of which are far higher than normal. Will not be going back.
