  • This is the Valvoline I always go to. The guys there are usually really nice although this time I had a bad experience. I had gotten overcharged by $10 the last time I went there but gave them a break because I thought maybe they just made a mistake . I always bring my own oil when I get my oil changed because I want to keep it consistent. This works out for both me and Valvoline because they don't have to spend any money on oil so they save money and I have my peace of mind. When I went to pull up my five dollar coupon which I always use The guy there told me that since I brought my own oil that I cannot use the coupon. This does not make any sense since I am saving them money by using my own oil. So essentially he was saying that I have to pay an extra five dollars for using my own oil. I had already waited almost an hour and now I have to go somewhere else because of their greediness.
