The "manager" Matt provided an unceremonious audio demonstration at deafening volume levels. He took the door speakers he had playing, and tuned out most of the mid and low frequencies in a crude and obvious attempt to up-sale me. He re-tuned the receiver very quickly, in a manner I'm sure he was hoping would go unrecognized. Without a doubt the worst audio demonstration and sales pitch I have ever endured. People don't need to be tricked into buying more expensive equipment Matt, they want to be sold on it, the role of the sales person is to establish a partnership and demonstrate value. If there is an actual adult running this business, they need to be made aware.
