Rude staff that can't manage lines/appointments or customer service and didn't provide the service i went in for. I have never been treated so poorly at a discount tire in my life. I scheduled an appointment at 12pm for a rotation and balance. Showed up on time, 15 people were in line, I asked a sale associate where I should go if I have an appointment and he said the back of the line, so I reiterated, I have an appointment. He reluctantly said ok, make your way to the middle of the line. So I just went to the front where I was passed up by others in line. By 12:15pm, I walked up the the counter and asked when I'll be seen. He said he needed just a few minutes. By 12:20pm he walked out to my car, took my keys and said it'll be in next. Sergio then called me up to his desk at 12:30pm and told me I was at the wrong location. Rudely told me that he needs to help his actual appointments and he would need another 45 minutes. I let him know that i have already been there for thirty minutes. I ask for my keys but my car was already in a bay. He was going to have my car sitting in a bay while he helped other customers. So i got upset obviously because that makes no sense. He rotated my tires and had my car ready by 12:39p. I asked if they were balanced and he said no. Nor did they turn off the maintenance light on my car. When I tried to apologize and give feedback on how they should have a better system in place for appointments, Sergio said "we are busy and this is your fault" over all was a horrible experience. I drove all the way to the other location where I had an appointment (I have no idea why I would have book there. It is far from where I live and work) and had them provide me with the service I went in for. Not to mention WAY better service. Brian provide me with much better service. He even showed me how to reset the maintenance light.
