  • $2.50 to print a label? I was returning a defective toner cartridge back to Amazon. Without a printer I thought the UPS Store would gladly print it for me. Whenever I need to print a label at a FEDEX, they gladly do it for me without hesitation, which is very useful when you are traveling and shipping things back without access to a printer. One more reason to never use UPS, lack of customer service. From what I can see, other people feel the same way. It's not like this location is called John Doe's Ship Express where you don't expect good customer service but this is a USP Store branded and with the name should come a certain level of expected customer service. Without strict regulations of your owner/operators I can see why your quality of service has taken a dive. It's too bad no one pays attention to YELP reviews that aren't restaurants.
