  • This brewery has been open since October and is already looking at expanding 120%. I took a tour that Matt gave on Saturday and it was really interesting. They make a lot of hoppy beer that isn't exactly my cup of tea, but judging by the number of people there - a lot of people seem to enjoy it. They had a pretty neat setup with the Roots Food Truck that you could order from outside. I'd like a better selection of beers, but for a brewery that is only 4 months old, I was impressed.
