  • While the airport looks like it's in need of some updating (outdated carpets and bathrooms), it more than makes up in friendliness and ease. Staff are there every step of the way to direct you to your next stop when clearing immigration and customs. The process for me was very easy. In and out in 5 minutes. Red-vested cowboy-hatted staff line the terminal to help you find your way to anything - a particular ground transport, the bathrooms, a coffee... Just really really really nice. And polite. So very stereotypical Canadian. (I'll take it!)
