  • In the sprawl of Vegas over-the-top glitz and glamour, this restaurant located in the Mirage is one of the few where I felt I got what I paid for. Yep, it's expensive, but the quality is incredible. We visited this place after watching the Beatle's LOVE Cirque Du Soleil show (which is incredible), and we were very happy with our experience. Our waitress, Logan, was super cool, and she knows how to create an excellent experience. After chatting a bit, she directed us towards their margarita - which is $25 - BUT the thing is a DOUBLE and comes with your own private mini bottle of Gran Marnier so you can doctor your drink the way you like it. One of those and we made the glorious mistake of getting a second one. The uber back to our hotel was a blur.... We decided that -hey, we're in Vegas- and went for the Filet Mignon with a side of shrimp scampi. Incredible. Highly HIGHLY recommend. Thank you to the chef, because the meat was like butter in it's texture and the balsamic butter that they garnish it with is delicious. The shrimp was perfect in it's balance of garlic. LOVED it. And we're from NorCal, so we have a large selection of places to eat that are amazing - Stack is one of the two places that came close to what we expect. Do yourself a favor - if you're into fine dining, absolutely hit this place up. And thank you Logan- you were super awesome!
