I took our team here for a company outing. The first visit we saw Nicodemus but had technical issues. I emailed corporate and a very professional corespondent named Kevin responded. He resolved the issue but allowing us to experience Star Wars free of charge. We had zero glitches and we had an amazing time.
I can understand issues arising with systems, but great customer service like this is hard to find. They could have easily disregarded my concerns, but instead decided to make it right. I respect that greatly. Kudos Kevin and The Void staff.
