  • HONESTY, INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONAL!!! Even I would never think I would use these words when working with a a/c repair/install company. We have an investment property in Henderson and our tenant called us informing us that the unit was only sending out cold air and it was freezing in the house. We called them early on Monday morning and they were at the house by 10am. Michael was the tech that came out and suppressed all of our expectations! Michael did a thorough inspection and quickly located the problem. He quoted us a very, very, very fair price. He could have easily charged more because we needed it fixed. However, he was very honest. I authorized another $100 for him to check the remainder of the unit in the attic out and fill up freon. He only ended up charging $20. This company will be our GO TO company for this property and another others we purchase. Thank you very much Black Mountain Air and especially Michael!!!!
