  • My pup seen dr Winn and he is great but the reason why I'm giving them only 3 stars is because of the people at the front desk!! So terribly rude and unprofessional specifically Dee Dee. I don't know why they keep her around honestly she snaps at patients for only asking simple questions. After so many bad reviews on one specific person you would think they would talk to her. Dr. Winn , Dr. Bally and Dr. Augustine are just simply GREAT though!!! But because of the overall experience with Dee Dee we will not be coming back to this VCA office.
