I'm starting to feel like all my reviews in Toronto are in the "almost but not quite" category. I chose kale salad once again. Tasty, fresh, well-conceived, but it was supposed to have wild rice, and there couldn't have been more than a dozen grains. And there was still a bit of grit in the kale. I think my husband's tuna salad was better. BTW, it's a little weird for the girl from San Diego to be eating avocado in Canada. I'm trying to do some local eating (and drinking), but I'm unimpressed by Canadian Pinot noirs.
