  • Been here a few times and consistently get excellent service. Originally went there last year to get a new ring for spouse and Amber assisted us. She was amazing, friendly, and did a fantastic job helping us before and after the transaction. The quality and workmanship was amazing when I picked it up. Went there today to get it cleaned and checked etc and spoke with them about some jewelry for my daughter. I had my kids with me and the staff was friendly, welcoming and never made me feel like the kids were a nuisance. Both Danica and Orly were very kind in giving us ideas about what we could do and never felt pressured to buy anything right then or felt like they were trying to get me to buy anything unreasonable. They were very kind and patient with us while we were there. They gave us some information we were able to write down and we left without getting it right then and never felt like that was an issue. We will be ordering something from them as we left feeling respected and helped and look forward to doing more business with them.
