  • Classic example of "pay for what you get" Equipment failure within 4 months. And they charge you to have a tech to come out and fix their own equipment, at the earliest time (at least a week). I created this account just to complain. This is my 3rd security company experience and I regret signing a contract. Never thought a home Security company could be so horrible.
