| - I enjoy that this gym is convenient, clean, and has a good mix of gym rats and normal people. However, I don't love the employees. They have a really hard time with the word no. My husband is a member and I went in to use a 3 day pass as my normal gym was closed. The gentleman helping me asked me in 3-4 different ways if I thought I was fat and wanted to lose weight. First, this is none of his business, and second, each time I told him, no, he thought of a different way of asking. I was pretty put off by the entire situation. However, convenience won and I ended up about a month later adding myself to my husband's account. This time, the gentleman that helped me was much less abrupt and set me up quickly. He asked if I wanted to complimentary visit with the personal trainer. I told him no. Imagine my surprise when I got an email saying I was signed up for a consult with a personal trainer!!!! I normally don't like to question people's intelligence, but I honestly think the people at this gym need to look up the definition of "no". Less than impressed with the people selling the memberships, but if you can go past that; the gym is a really good deal and quite nice for its price.
