I arrived here for an oil change and I spent more time listening to and being pressured into up selling tactics from the service manager and finally was able to get them to agree to a simple oil change for my fairly new Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Once done, they did not present me with an opportunity to opt out of information sharing and now I continually receive emails and phone calls for solicitations to sell my car. I sent an email specifically requesting they stop sending the solicitations. I cc'ed the principle owner's office They said they did take my name off, but I continue to receive these emails and I receive letters in regular mail from other dealerships out of state, about my vehicle.
I have been to other dealerships in other states and never been subjected to such ridiculous dishonest marketing tactics.
Yesterday I finally received a credit card form from FCA US LLC. If I leave this residence and somebody else receives it, they can fill out the form and pretend to be me and play with my credit and identity.
This is the straw that broke the camels back. Clearly from the yelp reviews, the Google reviews, and other online sources they are flatly ignoring all consumer complaints. For years now. The principal owner should be removed from the dealership and they should change these practices.
. I have now filed a claim against them through the Better Business Bureau, the attorney general, and I'm looking into detailing complaints to as many consumer complaint advocacy groups as possible.
For other consumers, the best thing they can do is simply not buy from this group because everything they do is dishonest from the top management all the way down to sales and service. I personally would never trust them
