  • I bought a Kenwood GPS navigation system online for my Mother's Dodge Grand Caravan. The online price was $150 less than Best Buy. I went to Best Buy to inquire about installation but I couldn't get any service. I read a couple of Yelp reviews for Direct Car Audio. I called and inquired about installation. I could tell right away that the fellow with whom I spoke (Hector), was very knowledgeable. He quotes me a price over the phone and said it would take a couple if hours. I brought the car in and sure enough, it was a two hour install. Hector provided my Mom training on the unit. He was very patient with her. I was very happy. The only thing to know about this place is that it doesn't look like a nice store from the outside. There are bars on the windows which I presume is to prevent theft. Outside of that, I highly recommend.
