| - My wife and I went in for dinner last night , We walked in and the girl looks at us and say's , What can i get you ?? Ummm can we be seated for dinner smhh.. So she than realize's that we are patrons looking to eat dinner, we are seated, we had been sitting at the table no more than 5 minutes and had 3 servers come to us and all asked the same QUESTION, ( CAN I GET YOU SOMETHING TO DRINK) WOWW can we say unorganized. Moving on...the temp in the restaurant was freezing , I asked for hot chocolate to warm my self up IN LAS VEGAS ??? OKAYYY , I mentioned the coolness to the server and she responded , I don't think its cold , laughs and walks away ! smhh. Now we get our dinner , I ordered the double shrimp pasta and my wife order the jambalaya bake... My wife did not like her's ,so she told the waitress that she did not like it and the waitress responds with ...Are you sure you don't want it , you can take it home ,maybe someone at home will like it. ....
She didn't ask if my wife wanted something else , nothing. Than we go to pay for the check and i see the meal was still on the bill, so i ask if we can take it off because of my wife not liking it, and the waitress says , let me get my manager.
so the manager EDGAR comes up and say's , mind you we are standing at the register not at a table any more... he says ..Is there something else we can make for you?
lol a little late buddy. We told him it's a little late to ask that now that we are ready to go home, we inform him that the waitress never asked us that , and while we are relaying to him the situation , another server RUDELY squeezes between my wife and the manager to grab a receipt and is just completely rude, he acknowledges the manger and say's sorry dude, and totally disregards us standing there, talking, or even to say excuse me , after that i look at the manger and say NOW that is very rude and unacceptable, How do you and your employees think its okay to treat your patrons like this?
Edgar responds with , Well next time you don't like the food , ask for a manger okay?
....since when do the managers tell the patrons what to do ? I thought they are supposed to accept responsibility and apologize for the mistake....We didnt get an apology form him at all.
he (edgar) was the rudest manager I've ever encountered, and i was astounded by the way he handled the situtaion, He was not apologetic, concerned, nor did he care that we were unhappy, and he DIFFIDENTLY SHOWED US THAT HE DIDN'T CARE, I FELT LIKE HE SPOKE TO US LIKE WE WERE HIS EMPLOYEES.
SOOOOOOO FYI EVERYONE, DO NOT GO HERE AND EAT ! ALSO THE PRICES THERE ARE RIDICULOUS FOR THE PORTIONS THEY SERVE,, 16 DOLLARS FOR A SMALL BOWL OF PASTA ...
